Today I decided to create the first dog appliqué for my daughter’s bed playhouse! She asked for a vet playhouse this time. She loves watching Doc Mcstuffins and came up with the vet playhouse idea! Isn’t it great?

and here is the first applique. She decided to use different colors than the design. All the others are coming within the next days!
I used my new Cricut Explore machine and the new felt rolls I just received from Amazon. I cut the pieces first and then I used fabric glue to put all together. Now my appliqué is ready for sewing on the playhouse… when the playhouse “walls” are ready 🙂
Use white, cream and gray felt for the body and head of the dog and small black pieces for the eyes and nose. You can draw or embroider the mouth line.
Here is the dog pattern. Use A4 paper size for printing the pattern.
